Refund Policy

At Reign Digital Consulting, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing and consulting services. Because our services involve professional expertise, time, and customized work, our refund policy differs from that of businesses selling physical products.

 

By purchasing or booking any of our services, you agree to the following Refund Policy.

 

1. Consultation Services

Clients may cancel or reschedule a consultation by providing at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

• Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice ("no-show") is generally non-refundable.

 

2. Digital Marketing and Consulting Services

Our consulting services are customized to each client's needs. Once work has begun, refunds are generally not available for services already performed.

If a project is cancelled after work has started:

• You will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

• Any prepaid amount exceeding the value of completed work may be refunded at our discretion.

 

3. Custom Deliverables

Custom strategies, reports, audits, marketing plans, analytics dashboards, presentations, documents, and other digital deliverables are created specifically for each client.

Once a custom deliverable has been completed or delivered, it is generally not eligible for a refund.

 

4. Service Quality

If you believe the services provided do not meet the agreed scope of work, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the deliverable.

We are committed to working with clients to resolve reasonable concerns and may, at our discretion:

• Provide revisions where included in the agreed scope.

• Correct any errors or omissions.

• Offer an alternative solution where appropriate.

 

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

 

6. Exceptions

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

• Completed consultations.

• Completed digital deliverables.

• Services already performed.

• Missed appointments without prior notice.

• Dissatisfaction resulting from factors outside our control, including changes in search engine algorithms, advertising platforms, market conditions, or business performance.
